Photographs containing nudity, obscenity, profanity, pornography, violence, and anything that is lewd or offensive in nature, or otherwise inappropriate images will be excluded from the website. SOAPHOTO reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject and disqualify any images that are considered inappropriate. However if this condition is ignored, in extreme cases, SOAPHOTO will notify authorities to settle this matter legally. |

The submitted images must be the photographer's original work. The photographer also certifies that the images submitted have never been copyrighted or, if copyrighted that the photographer is the copyright owner. |

Since this contest is designated for amateur photographers, photos submitted by professional photographers will be ineligible for prizes and removed from competition. SOAPHOTO will at its sole discretion determine eligibility. |

It is the sole responsibility of the submitting photographer to obtain a written release from any recognizable person in a submitted photo. |

The submission of public domain images is prohibited. |

|
Copyright of the Images will remain the property of the photographer. A credit will be provided under all images. |

SOAPHOTO does not take any responsibility for pictures that are uploaded by contestants which the viewers may find offensive. |

If a contestant takes another person's picture and submits it under his/her own name, he/she will be disqualified and may be required to pay for compensations. |

SOAPHOTO reserves the right to use all uploaded pictures as it wishes for display in all areas of this website and on the Samsung Camera website. |

All applicants are limited to one account only. Any persons applying for multiple accounts will be disqualified and the accounts will be closed. |

Contestants may only submit one vote for a picture. Multiple votes by a contestant for the same photograph will result in disqualification. |

Participants must live in the United States to be eligible to receive contest prizes. |

Picture titles and descriptions may not contain any profane or inappropriate language. |

Any personal information that is submitted by the contestants will be for internal use only and will not be shared with any other parties. |

Members submitting addresses and/or email addresses that cannot be verified will be eliminated from the contest. |

Winning contestants will be limited to 2 prizes per calendar year. No contestant may win more than 1 prize in a contest month, regardless of the number of photographs submitted. Special promotions are excluded from the policy and will be governed by separate rules. |

Winner of the contest will be determined by the SOAphoto.com contest standard and SOAphoto.com staff. |

Do not submit any photographs that have any political messages. |

Comments must be limited to actual critiquing of submitted photographs. Personal insults and / or obscene remarks will subject a member to forfeit membership as set forth by site admin. |
