Effective immediately, changes have been made to the Monthly Photo contest. In the past, winners were determined solely by points. The contest has been modified to include input from SOAphoto. com staff. Points will still be integral in choosing a winner, but this will be used in conjunction with other criteria set forth by SOAphoto. Although we make every attempt to contact the community prior to changes, we reserve the right to make any and all changes without prior notice.
